Established in 2003, SM Development Corporation (SMDC) is the residential real estate arm of SM Prime Holdings, one of the Philippines' largest integrated property developers. Founded by the late Henry Sy Sr., SMDC was created to provide affordable yet luxurious urban living spaces for Filipinos.
