Milestones & Achievements

2008 – WCDI was established, aiming to provide quality mid-rise residential condominiums for young professionals and growing families.
Early Projects – Launched several successful projects in San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Quezon City including The First Baron Residences, The Baron Tower, and Grand Mesa Residences.
Expansion to Visayas and Mindanao – Broadened its reach to key cities such as Iloilo and Davao, reinforcing its national presence.
2023 – Completed Destine Davao, their second major development in Mindanao.
2025 – Launched Downtowne Premier Residences, a landmark five-tower residential complex located in the heart of downtown Davao, combining smart-home features with a mid-century modern design.
