HGIDC made its mark through its flagship project, Holiday Oceanview Residences, a mixed-use seaside condominium and condotel located in the Island Garden City of Samal. The project offers a premier beachfront lifestyle and is one of the first developments in Mindanao to integrate residential living with marina access and hotel amenities.
